At Glamour Hair, customer satisfaction is our No.1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and believe we can work together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. Our hair is carefully hand-inspected, shampooed, and conditioned before leaving our warehouse. Due to the nature of our product, and because each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.

 

TEXTURE DISCLAIMER

Virgin human hair is distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures. When you place an order with us, you will notice some variation between our pictures and the hair you receive. This is natural and part of the fun of buying and wearing premium-quality virgin hair. Our hair is beautiful and unique, just like you!

 

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Since we only supply unprocessed virgin hair, it comes in natural shades of 1B (Off Black). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent, lifts, and cellophane beautifully! (Recommended to be done by a professional stylist).

Please Note: Refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments are 100% upfront.

  • We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your card will be charged.

  • We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of merchandise. Fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted.

  • If your billing and shipping addresses differ, you may be asked to fill out a credit card authorization form and submit documentation before your order is released.

Please Note: Once payment is made, there are no cancellations of orders.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (GMT+08:00)

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

  • Delivery times depend on the method selected at checkout.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • Out-of-stock items will be shown as “sold out.”

  • You may email us to be notified when the product becomes available.

  • Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns accepted within 15 days on unopened, unworn, and untampered products.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Contact us first to initiate a return.

 

REPLACEMENTS

If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 15 business days.

  • If Glamour Hair confirms the defect, we will replace or exchange the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Altered products (brushed, cut, dyed, or washed) will not be accepted.

 

EXCHANGES

We may allow exchanges under these conditions:

  • Request must be made within 15 business days of receipt.

  • Hair must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Exchanges must be for products of equal or greater value.

  • No refunds are permitted.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

  • All express shipments require a signature.

  • Please order in advance if you have a hair appointment or deadline.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier issues.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES / INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details.

  • Incorrect addresses may result in extra carrier fees.

  • Refused or abandoned shipments will not be refunded.

 

OST SHIPMENTS

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately.

  • Courier investigations may take 3–8 business days.

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the courier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
